Biography: Dr. Rahul M. Mane is currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Industrial Chemistry, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India. He is having 10 years of teaching and research experience in the field of synthesis and characterization of mixed metal chalcogenide thin films for solar cell application, Inorganic modifiers is core area of my research. High performance materials for various applications have been developed and studied. At the outset, recently he completed major project entitled “Synthesis of new quaternary MoBiInSe5 mixed metal chalcogenide thin films for solar cell applications” of worth Rs.26,80,000/- in the area of chemical sciences for pursuing research and financial assistance from Ministry of Science and Technology (DST,India). Also, he published more than 72 research papers in, International journals and 75 papers in International, National proceedings of the conferences. He was awarded with Departmental Research Fellowship (2006), UGC Meritorious Scholarship (2008) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur and Young Scientist Fellow by DST 2012 (Government of India). He also published one book & seven book chapters. He is working as reviewer for 40 Journals. He served on the editorial, associate editor & advisory board member for 15 journals.
