Biography: Dr. Hoda Samir El-Sayed is an Assistant Professor in the Dairy Science Department at the National Research Centre in Egypt. She received her Ph.D. in Agricultural Microbiology from Cairo University in Egypt in 2013. She is a member of The Egyptian Society of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology, The Egyptian of Dairy Science, and many more. Dr. Hoda Samir El-Sayed attended many conferences in Egypt and also published her papers in no.of publications. Her research activities include microencapsulation of probiotic bacteria and vital compounds.
