Biography: Harun Gokce was born in Çankırı, Turkey in 1983. He received the BSc and MSc degrees in Mechanical Education from the BEU in 2007 and the PhD degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Gazi University in 2014. Until end-2010, He worked in the automotive industry. Since 2011, he has been with the Defense Industries Research and Development Institute of The Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK SAGE). He is interested in mechanical design and numerical analysis. His research interests are Finite Element Analysis, Optimization Methods, Computer Aided Design, Design Methodologies, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, and Experimental Mechanics.
